Old Vine Zinfandel

This wine has a dark ruby color. His exuberant nose opens with dominant aromas of peach syrup, plum and strawberry. This is complemented by oaky notes. This dry red has low acidity and is provided with robust tannins. It reveals a mouth feel that leads into a long finish.


Sweetness Code: Dry

Ageing: Ageing time of 9 to 12 months after bottling.

Food pairing: Serve with lamb or beef marinated in beer.


Malvasia


European

 

This dry white wine with aromas of peach, apricot and gooseberry is generally tart. Try with Prosciutto or other meats. Although, adding a hint of wine conditioner, you get an amazing dessert wine.

Ageing: Ageing time of 6 to 12 months after bottling.

Food pairing: Excellent with cheeses.

Petit Verdot


Argentinian


Petit Verdot is a wine with cocoa and leather flavors. On the palate it has a real power structure with tight and hard tannins, expressing aromas of coffee. The final offers impressive mouth.

Food Pairing: Ideal with pasta in tomato sauce.


Semillon / Chardonnay / Muscat

Australian


This amazing blend brings a great complexity to this wine. Delicate aroma of citrus and lime, crisp and slightly oaky. The Muscat brings an amplitude and a certain warmth in the mouth. Ends in a persistent finish.

Food pairing: Serve with oysters, smoked salmon or cream cheese bits.
